**JOB TITLE: GLOBAL QUALITY LEAD - WELL ENGINEERING**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead and manage Quality Management across the global Well Engineering business within the Well Engineering and Decommissioning Service Line.
- The review and update of Well Engineering Management System (wems) documentation.
- Liaise and communicate with the wider Petrofac Asset Solutions Quality function, and Service line focal points as required.
- Provide the Well Engineering business with an optimal resourced and competent quality team to support the portfolio of contracts from across all regional activities.
- Design, implement and deliver the Quality plan objectives within the QHSE annual plan.
- Lead surveillance and certification assessments of the international performance standards and legislation, with accountability and responsibility for maintaining ISO9001:2015, within Well Engineering.
- Play a client facing role when required, liaising with their stakeholders and those of Petrofac.
- Define the business assurance agenda for Well Engineering through direct engagement with the Leadership Team and stakeholders across the service line.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Degree level education.
- Years of experience in operating within an organization and has been involved directly with Quality Assurance, Total Quality Management or similar approaches.
- Experienced in the International Performance Standard certification assessment process, primarily ISO9001.
- Have experience at engaging and influencing leadership team senior management across the regions in order to obtain stakeholder buy-in to on-going operations and development of the system.
- Experience of influencing and negotiating with Leadership team and extended management in order to implement strategies and initiatives.
- Lead Auditor Qualification (ISO9001 or similar).
- Knowledge of delivering quality assurance within a wells environment from an Operators perspective, including previous experience of auditing drilling contractors and drilling service provider organizations.
- Awareness and understanding of Information Management approaches and developments.
