We are looking for a professional to join our new project development team within Davencroft, a specialist in the home and beauty development industry.

Product Innovator responsibilities include:

- Working closely with our Project Managerto prepare comprehensive action plans.
- You will perform various coordinating tasks, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling presentation queries. To succeed in this role, you should have good time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
- Raising product ranges design and artwork briefs. Detailing mood board, inspirations, product range line up, copy required, print areas, print specifications - where known. Technical print specifications and copy to be supplied by relevant departments.
- Checking design and artwork against brief and feedback any discrepancies. Track design and artwork through concept to post launch.
- Support fragrance management. Create fragrance library, physical spreadsheet summary of all fragrances within business and create a physical filing system/library to correlate with the spreadsheet. Propose suitable fragrances from existing library for new products.
- Attending new product development meetings, predominately supporting the project manager.
- Help keep minutes from meetings and chase through actions to assist the product development process.
- Assist project manager in following correct product development process and keeping projects tracking along agreed timeline.
- Brand positioning summarizing and market reviews conducting and summarizing results into presentable material.
- Packaging and samples coordinating. Arranging samples and mocking up products.
