Making A Difference as A Residential Support Worker.
Residential Support Workers look after the physical and mental wellbeing of children in care. If you enjoy helping people and want to make a difference to their lives, this job could be perfect for you.
At The Grove children's home, we pride ourselves on providing high quality care to children aged 12 to 17. The home provides care for up to four young people.

You will also be able to employ methods of communication which are appropriate to the needs of the young person.
It is essential that you are able to work on a shift rota basis which includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
You must possess a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce.
