The individual will report to the quality manager and maintain communication with the quality team. The role will be based in our head office in Ruthin but will be expected to frequently travel across the UK to deliver training to our operational teams.

A key area for early development of the individual will be understanding systems in place and training needs within the business, relating to quality management and Jones Bros’ accreditations.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities for the Quality Trainer Include**:

- Identifying gaps in Business Management System (BMS) training and assisting the business in finding solutions to improve BMS training.
- Supporting the operational & centrally based workforces to close out quality training based non-conformances from internal and external audits.
- To deliver formal COINS (ERP), Document Management System (DMS) (Deltek PIM system), Plant Capture (App), PIM Mobile (App) and onboarding system training for all new starters and current employees, travelling across our sites in the UK to deliver this.
- Support the management and development of the BMS as directed.
- Will aid in implementation of new technologies for training, such as blended learning systems.

**What we are looking for**

Essential:

- Demonstrable experience of training a varied group in classroom-based and online environments
- Enthusiastic characteristics able to purvey the company’s intended positive image
- Excellent communication skills including excellent oral communication
- Understanding of quality & Business Management Systems (BMS)
- Experience in using packages similar to COINS (ERP) and Document Management Systems (DMS)
- Experience in managing onboarding training systems
- Experienced user of Microsoft including Excel, Word and Teams
- Driving Licence

Desirable:

- Certified Training Qualification
- Experience of working in Construction or Civil Engineering
