Chester Race Company are recruiting Customer Service Team Members for the 2023 race season at Chester racecourse Race days are truly something spectacular to be a part of, not only are they set in a stunning location, but they are fast paced, fun and rewarding. With full training provided you will quickly become an expert in delivering a world class level of customer service as part of the ChesterBET team.

Working as a Customer Service Team Member you will be responsible for:*
- Providing a world class level of service
- Taking bets and processing through our touch screen till system (Training is provided)
- Processing cash and card payments
- Acting as a first point of contact for general enquiries

The successful Customer Service Team Member will have the following - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED:*
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Numerical skills (required for taking cash and card payments)

As a requirement of the role, you will receive full training on our bespoke touch screen tills, you will always work in a supervised environment. No prior experience in betting is necessary.

Our rates of pay *(The below rates are inclusive of holiday pay, and are in affect from 1st April 2023)
18+ £12.22 per hour

**Shift availability**
Our shifts vary You are in control of the hours you work via our staff app.
Race days are typically 10:00-17:00 or 15:00-21:00 on evening meetings.

**Join us in time to work at BOODLES MAY FESTIVAL 10th to 12th May 2023** Our biggest and best race meeting of the calendar year at Chester Racecourse. With 3 race days in a row this is a great chance to get lots of experience in the role and top up your wages
