We are looking to recruit a Clinical Leadership and Support Coordinator.
The postholder will be responsible for providing proactive and efficient coordination and support to the Clinical Administration team, leading the team to ensure a high-quality service to the clinical teams they support. The post holder also plays a key role in identifying areas of service improvement and development while fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication and growth. The post holder will provide administrative services for the clinical leadership team and undertake any support duties that the Chief Operating Officer and senior clinical team may require.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week worked between Monday to Sunday at days and times notified by your line manager. These hours do not include a ½ hour unpaid meal break which you will be entitled to take if you work a shift lasting longer than 6 hours. You may be required to work additional hours to those published.

The post is not a salary incremental post and pay reviews are at the discretion of the Hospice.

Please note: This role may be removed before the original end date or extended without prior notice.

A referral to Occupational Health in relation to Health and Safety aspects of the role may be made prior to employment, however the offer of employment will not be conditional upon this.
