This ambitious, innovative tech company are looking for a technical project manager to join their team. You will be guiding and supporting the engineering department in the successful delivery of projects. They are looking for someone is enthusiastic andhas a strong belief in collaboration and continuous improvement.

**Some of the responsibilities**:

- Set up project-related artefacts/tools to enable daily project operations and reporting.
- Be a primary point of contact and communication with internal and external clients for the coordination of all tasks related to the successful delivery of development.
- Provide effective risk management, reporting, and escalation.
- Ensure that all cross-functional/complex business initiatives are planned, monitored, and tracked from the point of requirements scoping through to completion.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the project to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and conduct post-implementation retrospectives and identify lessons learned and carry-forward items back into the programme plan.
- Show proven leadership and motivational skills.
- Be customer focused with the ability to identify and articulate product requirements.

**Some of the requirements**:

- Web-based systems programming and development.
- Agile methodologies.
- Project management software such as Jira.
- Lean and Kanban principles.
- Analytical, planning and problem-solving.

Desired but not essential:

- An understanding of software programming languages.
