**Salary between £33,000 - £37,000**
Are you passionate about fighting fraud and protecting customers?
We are currently recruiting for a Claims Fraud Team Leader, to be a part of our team and lead a team of claims fraud advisors. If you have a fraud background with claims and leadership experience or claims and fraud experience, this role could be ideal for you.
**This is a fixed term contract for 12months.**
**A bit about the job**:
You will be leading a team of Claims Fraud Advisors who work closely with frontline motor handlers and help them detect and prevent claims fraud. As one of the Claims Fraud Team Leader, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving performance, coaching your team, and working closely with other Fraud teams to deliver our fraud strategy. You will also support your team of Claims Fraud Advisors on a variety of project work, ensuring the correct tasks are prioritised and offering guidance when required.
**Skills and experience we're looking for**:
- Ability to inspire and develop a team of passionate fraud advisors to deliver great outcomes
- Strong fraud and claims knowledge and understanding of underlying processes and performance measures including analytics
- Able to plan, track and allocate rapidly changing workloads to ensure the right work is prioritised
- Able to identify opportunities for change and challenging the way we do things
- Comfortable with analysing and presenting data - along with building positive relationships with stakeholders
