We are currently looking for a SPA Receptionist at the SPA at Lochside House Hotel, Lodges & SPA. The role will involve working 3 days over 7. Weekend availability is essential.

**Job Specification**:

- First point of contact, offering guests a warm welcome to the spa
- Have a genuine passion for cutomer service, ensuring guests receive exceptional customer service
- Oversee the guests journey/experience at the spa from arrival to departure, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
- Ensure all areas of the spa are fully prepared and tidy
- Warm friendly and enthusiastic personality and be driven to exceed guests expectations and deliver exceptional standard

**Person Specification**:

- Good IT skills as role involves using various systems
- Previous reception experience would be good but not essential
- Excellent Communications skills
- Professionally presented
- Warm and friendly
- Shifts are: 6.30am - 3pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm, 1pm - 9.30pm, weekends included.
