**Job Title: Commercial Manager**
**Location: Henham, Bishops Stortford**
**Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)**
**Summary of Position**:
Our client, an independent family-run business of botanical experts, who specialises in the design, supply and installation of office plants and corporate flowers nationwide, is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their growing team. The CommercialManager will work alongside other functional leaders to ensure the client’s operations department exceeds customer expectations.
**The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:
- Plan and oversee all activities in field service including the financial performance of the function
- Line manages the Field Service Managers, Training Specialist, QC Specialist, and customer helpdesk
- Responsible for overall service management of Platinum clients
- Work with the KAM Director to visit Platinum clients, using collated data analysis and feedback to identify issues and ensure customer expectations are exceeded
- Responsible for NPS and driving continuous improvement in service
- Forward plan for the function including any new technology, or ways of working which would further improve field service within budget
- Analyse team data to understand patterns and implementing changes to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Experience of managing a department and managers, with multiple teams working remotely
- Experience managing a NPS programme to drive results
- Experience of annual planning for the function, including financial budgeting
- Experience meeting key clients face to face to resolve issues
- Experience working cross-functionally (within operations and/ or beyond)
- Excellent line management skills, including coaching and mentoring
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Creative, long-term thinking
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent IT Skills, including MS Office, ERP Systems and NPS Technology
