To be responsible for coordinating the conference, wedding and events bookings for the venue.
- To be the main point of contact for weddings from enquiry stage to handover to Operations team, taking the lead on enquiry handing, conversion, wedding planning and upselling.
- Conducting showrounds and meeting customers to establish final details.
- Proactively upselling the facilities and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Produce BEO’s and attend operational meetings to ensure all details and requirements are handed over accurately to the operations manager.
- To raise and send customer invoices and process payments.
- To be responsible for post event calls and customer feedback.
- Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To work closely with the client on any specific packages and manage the Diary, produce monthly Client invoices in a timely manner ensuring full accuracy
- Following up on post-event calls within a specific time scale to optimise repeat business
- To conduct venue showrounds as required
- To achieve agreed upselling sales targets
- To ensure all details and requirements of confirmed bookings are handed over accurately to the operations team
- Proactive calls focusing on past bookers, lost and turned down enquiries and lapsed accounts
- Liaise with the client onsite teams to ensure a harmonized approach and positive relations
- Opportunity to attend venue showcase events and FAM Trips
- Generating and sending full pre-payment invoices to the customer
- Updating final invoice revenue post event
- Update 3rd party platforms along with the venue website with seasonal offers and packages
- To always be aware of sales activity/initiatives of our competitors and use this market intelligence, acting upon it to ensure Restaurant Associates obtains its market share in this sector
- To maintain accurate, up-to-date reports and information and share with appropriate stakeholders
- To maintain the Delphi FDC booking system compliance benchmark
- To maintain relationships with local event partners and LVP
- Support innovative campaigns for the Sales and Marketing plan
- Always responding positively and efficiently to customers, ensuring repeat business is optimized
- To support unit with administration duties as and when required, ensuring deadlines are met
- Main point of contact for Events with involvement of operational delivery of event (s)
- To perform ad hoc tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
