With a focus on creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that every child with SEN is given the support they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing special educational needs provision for a designated year groups
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SEN practices and research

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications
- A deep understanding of SEN and a passion for helping children with additional needs to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently
- A strong track record of success in a similar role
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
