Superyacht Talent Sourcer

We are looking for someone who has a background in recruitment, yachting or sales. Are you passionate about the luxury superyacht industry and possess exceptional talent acquisition skills? Are you highly organized, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled talent sourcer to join our team and support our prestigious clients in the superyacht industry. As a talent sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to fill various positions within this exclusive sector.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the client's hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Stay up to date with industry trends and changes to ensure a deep understanding of the superyacht industry's talent landscape.

**Requirements**:
Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and techniques, including social media platforms, Boolean search, and job boards.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
