The digital team are the driver of growth, bringing innovation to the way the business operates. This is a unique opportunity, where the role of a Digital Analyst will be truly embedded in the digital marketing team, working in tandem with other, multidisciplinaryspecialists. You have endless exposure, gaining priceless experience.

**The role will be focusing on these core areas**:

- **Delivering strategic insight**
- Producing detailed and useful analysis
- Understanding customer experiences and digital journeys
- Working alongside the CRO Specialist, supporting with A/B testing with statistical testing and deep dive analysis
- Making recommendations to identify areas of opportunity and increase impact
- **Empowering the wider digital and marketing teams**
- Developing and building insightful reports and dashboards on Data Studio
- Providing monitoring and regular updates on performance
- Enabling a self-serve environment
- **Technical implementation, tagging and tracking**
- Utilising Google Tag Manager, implementing tagging and tracking
- Ensuring accurate and useful data collection

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- Previous experience in a Web or Digital Analytics role
- Advanced user of Google Analytics
- Good understanding of Google Tag Manager and implementation
- Ability to build engaging visualisations with DataStudio
- Understanding of CRO and A/B testing
- Ability to build strong relationships with team and stakeholders
