- PermanentOur client is currently looking for a Wood Machinist to join their growing team.

They are a well known and respected company, with a rich heritage. They offer high quality products to their customers, and are looking for an experienced Wood Machinist to come in on a full time, permanent basis.

**Duties**:

- Cutting timber to different lengths
- producing moldings, to fit customer specifications
- working from drawings
- Keeping a clean and tidy work space
- Adhering to health and Safety

Required:

- Must hold City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in wood machinery
- Experience in a workshop environmentt
- Experience working as a wood machinist

The Rate of pay for this role is £12.83.

The working week is 38.5 hours on either a day or a back shift
Backshift has an additional shift allowance, as does nightshift.
Overtime available and paid at a premium rate.
