**Ref BSD: St Albans**:
- A family in Park Street, St Albans is seeing a nanny/mothers help for two young children
Days: Mon-Fri | Hours: 8-5 | Ages: NB + 18m | Salary: £14-16gph- A family in Park Street, St Albans is in need of a mothers help for an 18 month old and a baby due Oct- They need Mon-Fri, hours ideally 8am-5pm but they have some flexibility- This is a mix of sole and shared care - mum will be around initially with the baby but typically you'd divide the children up (for the first 6 weeks you'd take the toddler and she the baby, but from 6 weeks she intends to hand baby over too so she can have some time with her eldest)- Mum also runs her own business so will be keeping on top of work part time- They offer £14-16 gross per hour + you will be able to choose ALL of your holiday (they do not allocate any, so any holiday they take is bonus time off)- This si a permanent role to start by October- You will have tiny baby experience as well as experience caring for two young children - this is NOT a typical mothers help role where you work alongside mum at all times, for this role you will need to be capable of taking sole charge of either/both children- Ofsted not needed- A driver is a must with your own car for work use- The family have a dog, although he often goes to work with dad (dad works out of the house)- Typical nanny duties only- Must be confident taking the children out to activities, particularly swimming with them- This role will suit a warm, fun, positive nanny who is a strong communicator and relaxed working around mum- They also offer babysitting once per month- Wont suit a NWOC
