Sous Chef

Our client, a beautiful Golf Club based near Bagshot, Surrey is currently looking to recruit their Sous chef to join their talented kitchen team.
As part of a passionate team you will be assisting the Head Chef in serving quality food to their members and guests. You will prepare meals for the members bar and functions. They are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join an established Head Chef andhelp manage the kitchen and maintain high standards of cuisine and hygiene.
The Sous Chef Role:
*Working in a professional and friendly environment using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Assisting with ordering and stock control
*Preparing function meals & bar meals
*Cover for the head chef in their absence
Role Requirements:
*A proven track record as a Chef
*Able to work unsupervised
*Have experience of working in a busy, fast paced kitchen environment
*Good attention to detail
*Have a can do attitude
*Level 3 Food Hygiene
*Knowledge of patisserie
*Knowledge of HACCP
Hours:

- 45 hours per week, mainly daytimes with some evenings.
