**Job summary**:
To act as a supportive mentor to individuals enrolled on the Apprenticeship Programme by managing a caseload of predominantly young people. Take responsibility for developing professional relationships with their employers, liaising with training providers and providing support to apprentices to achieve to the best of their ability.

Maintain close contact with employers, clients, training providers and other professional staff involved with the Programme.
