Are you a looking for a new challenge? Our client an award winning, multi office independent Estate Agent with offices across Middlesex,Hertfordshire and Bucks are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in their busy office in Northwood.

The Agency are very well established and highly regarded for the excellent level of customer service and advice they offer all of their clients as well as their extensive local market knowledge. They pride themselves on the services they offer in Sales, Lettings, Property Management and New Homes dealing in the mid to high end property sector.

You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines. You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.

**Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator role include**:

- Basic £15,000 to £18,000
- OTE £25,000+
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm every other Saturday 9am to 4pm

**Skills and experience needed for the Lettings Negotiator role include**:

- Strong customer service background
- Team player
- Well-presented and articulate
- Professional telephone manner
- Work well in a fast paced environment
- Ambitious and target driven
- Natural selling ability
- Must hold full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car

**The role of the Lettings Negotiator includes**:

- Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
- Good working knowledge of inventory
- Focus will be on speaking with potential tenants, building relationships, generating leads.
- The ability to provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
- You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised, focused and accessible
