As a Civil Work Scheduler, you'll play a crucial role in managing new civil work installations from start to finish. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be put to the test as you liaise with team members, suppliers, and other departments to ensure a seamless process. You'll be responsible for ordering plant and machinery, coordinating appointment times with customers, and maintaining effective communication channels throughout the project.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Use in-house scheduling software to effectively schedule all civil work in accordance with company SLA's.
- Manage all civil remedial work for customer and Flogas sites, ensuring adherence to company SLA's.
- Coordinate appointment times with customers for civil work installations.
- Order necessary plant and machinery for the projects.
- Arrange for the procurement of aggregates.
- Work in accordance with assigned service level agreements.
- Manage contractors' workloads and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Place orders for tanks required for civil work installations.
- Coordinate with Engineer Service Schedulers to order engineering resources as needed.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding the progress of civil work installations.
- Efficiently resolve customers' concerns over the telephone.
- Ensure strict adherence to LPG safety and operational procedures.
- Liaise with other departments to maintain effective communication channels and provide excellent service to internal departments.
- Follow administrative procedures to ensure smooth project management.
