Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

- **Drive Sales Growth**: Engage proactively with customers to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new product/service offerings.
- **Customer Acquisition**: Build relationships with potential customers through effective communication and comprehensive product knowledge.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay current with our product offerings and educate customers on features and benefits to meet their specific needs.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Feedback**:Collect and provide feedback on customer preferences, objections, and concerns to the sales and product development teams.
- **Sales Support**:Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to customer.
- **Continuous Learning**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and customer service.

Sales Associate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales, customer acquisition, or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
