Grower Supervisor

We are recruiting an experienced Grower Supervisor to strengthen our existing team at our nurseries at Boston, Lincolnshire

Hours:
Skills and Experience
- Experience of working within Commercial Horticulture.
- Spraying certificates PA1 & PA6 (Desired but not essential)
- Have a working understanding of health and safety
- Working knowledge of pests and diseases
- Able to work enthusiastically as part of a team
- Ability to work independently upon instruction
- Enthusiasm, dedication and drive in order to meet tight dead lines and customer expectations of crop quality.
