**Requirements**:

- A full UK driving license and own vehicle.
- Preferred: 1 year of cleaning experience, but newcomers are welcome.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various working environments.
- Ability to follow proven processes and procedures.
- Reliability, punctuality, and unwavering honesty with a flexible approach to work.
- A commitment to hard work and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

This role encompasses much more than traditional cleaning services. You'll need to embrace constructive feedback and display initiative.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Staging homes for new guests, properties for sale, or homeowners returning after a long day.
- General cleaning of all areas, including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Thorough cleaning of ovens, appliances, windows, and mirrors.
- Expertly making beds.
- Efficiently handling waste removal and replenishing bin bags.
- Cleaning office spaces, including desks, PC screens, and other equipment.
- Maintaining stringent Health & Safety standards at all times.
- Ensuring equipment is cleaned, well-maintained, and correctly stored.
- Meeting additional client needs, such as washing bed linen, towels, and clothing.
- Responding to customer requests promptly and courteously.
