*Job Description: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3)*

*Salary:* £10.24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

*Location: *BR6 (Plumstead) - (6 minute bus from Oprington Station)

*Hours: *Fulltime, Monday to Friday (40 Hours) - (08:00 - 17:00) OR (09:00 - 18:00)
- Full and Relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualificationPrevious experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant or similar)
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
- Ability to use a variety of techniques to communicate with both children and adults clearly and successfully
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
- Be a team player that can support the Room leader in order to provide a safe learning space for children
