Roofer

Duties:

- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine necessary repairs or replacements
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install insulation and vapor barriers to ensure energy efficiency
- Remove debris and clean work area after completing roofing projects

Qualifications:

- Experience in roofing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of masonry, power tools, and hand tools used in roofing projects
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints for roof installations
- Strong carpentry skills for building or repairing roof structures
- Welding skills for joining metal components of roofs
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physical fitness for heavy lifting and carrying roofing materials

**Salary**: From £100.00 per day
