Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and shaping the future generation? The Supply Room is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Junior Nursery Assistant to join our team in Islington. As a vital member of our Early Years team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children in their crucial early developmental stages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the lead Nursery Practitioner in delivering engaging activities and educational programs tailored to the needs of young learners.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment conducive to children's growth and development.
- Assist in observing, assessing, and recording children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a holistic approach to child development and learning.
- Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all children in our care.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Experience working with Early Years children, whether in a nursery, preschool, or similar setting.
- A nurturing and patient demeanor, with a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to assisting in various aspects of nursery life.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safeguarding.
