Hours: 10 per week (includes evening work)
**Salary**: £25,171 per annum (£6,803 pro rata)
Location: Ottery Saint Mary
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for: Headlight group service & 1-2-1 mentoring
**Job Purpose & main duties**
Act as first point of contact for young people; assess need; provide 1-2-1 support to young people, and record, monitor and evaluate progress. Work with the young person to set goals, signpost and encourage them to join other groups and support networks where appropriate. Current caseload will be based in Ottery but flexibility is needed
Support in delivering a range of activities and interactions which support the mental and emotional wellbeing of young people in Headlight peer support group sessions (Wednesday evening).
To network with local groups, organisations, and individuals to promote the service.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £25,171.00 per year
