Bingo Operative

We are currently recruiting for permanent talented customer service assistants / Team Members to work at our bingo club in Eastleigh. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards.

The Role
- Meeting and greeting Customers
- Providing help and assistance to customers
- Selling Bingo Books/packages
- Giving change
- Checking claims on the bingo hall floor
- Serving/preparing food and beverages
- A willingness to learn all departments in the club
- Any other duties to support the smooth running of the Club

The Person
- Customer service experience (ideally in bingo or in the hospitality/entertainment industry)
- Good communication skills
- Cash handling experience
- Experience of working with food and beverages (preferred)
- A good work ethos:

Hours

We operate a fully flexible working pattern over 7 days and our main bingo sessions tend to be evenings from around 6.00pm with afternoon working usually between 12pm and 3:00pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eastleigh, SO50 9FH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- cash handling: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
