The Office Receptionist role varies greatly day-to-day. From:

- Answering the phone to general enquiries
- Running errands
- Contacting clients to arrange viewings
- Speaking with clients to understand their feedback
- Managing the office diary system
- Sending out letters to prospective clients
- Administrative work and reporting
- Making sure the new office looks fabulous
