**About Tiggo Care**
Tiggo Care is a multi-award-winning domiciliary care provider in London. Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional bespoke care to adults across London, enabling them to live independent and happy lives at home.
And we couldn’t do this without a truly exceptional team - a team that cares deeply about their clients and strives to deliver the best care possible.
Caring for others is not just a job. It’s a vocation. Our carers are passionate about meeting the needs of their clients - from helping them with their medication and cooking their meals to taking them on trips out and offering genuine companionship.
If you’re ready to be part of a friendly and supportive team that makes a real difference to the lives of others, then read on
**About the role**
We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate field care supervisor to work in southwest London, on a full-time basis.
**Responsibilities**:

- Completing care assessments for new clients
- Inducting new workers and providing direct training to care assistants
- Take part in the out-of-hours emergency on-call rota as and when required. Effectively deal with emergency on-call issues, e.g., covering calls either directly or indirectly when care assistants are sick or absent. Record emergency calls and pass the information to the appropriate parties
- Dealing with customer inquiries and promoting the service to potential customers
- Carrying out spot checks to monitor the quality of care provided by care assistants
- Supporting and monitoring the implementation of quality assurance processes and agency policies and procedures
- Overseeing the delivery of care and support
- Providing direct care, when care assistants are unavailable or plugging gaps in staff rota
- Contributing to service user assessments, quality assurance, risk assessments, care planning and reviews
- Auditing service user equipment, communications and MAR charts
- Compiling and maintaining accurate records including care plans, medication and financial transactions
- Ensure that all changes to care schedules and care plans are reported without delay to the registered manager
- Ensure all reporting and recording procedures are up to date
**Field Care Supervisor benefits**:
We understand the care we deliver is only as good as the people we employ and the skills we equip them with. And we also know that the best care service is delivered by happy staff.

Some of the benefits you will receive include:

**Our requirements**:

- Experience working in the community as a care assistant
- Experience working in a similar supervisory role
- Experience working with clients, in particular, those that may have additional support needs

- Confident and excited to use new technology
- Own a smartphone with access to data
- Own a laptop to use at work
**Our care values**
We’re also looking for someone who’ll demonstrate and uphold our care values.
- **Kindness**
To work in care you have to care deeply about the welfare of others. You have to be able to connect with clients, understand what they’re feeling and want to help them improve their quality of life.
- **Honesty**
In order to cultivate a strong and authentic relationship with clients and colleagues, they have to trust you. They have to believe that you’ll be honest with them and they can be honest with you.
- **Passion**
For most working in care, it is not just a job, it is a vocation. Our staff are dedicated to providing first rate care to our clients. They are passionate about meeting our clients needs and are driven to build upon and expand their skills and knowledge.
- **Dependability**
The best members of the team understand how important it is to be reliable. Our staff appreciate how much our clients rely on us and know that by being late, they are not only impacting their routine, but undermining the trust our clients hold in Tiggo Care.
