General Assistant Barista

We are currently recruiting for a** Barista** to be a part of our integral team at** 309 Regent Street, W1B 2UW**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Making drinks and some food preparation
- Perform daily paper/computer work as assigned
- Operating the till, taking payments and keep any financial records required
- Clean back of house areas, crockery & cutlery using equipment when trained to do so.
- Set up ready for functions and ensure everything is in order
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
- Undertake relevant training as required

**Experience**:

- Previous barista experience is required for this role
- Must have some coffee knowledge and be confident in working as part of a team
- Food hygiene level 2 desirable but not essential as can be gained through our online e-learning portal
- A DBS check is required
