Our client provided a highly desirable product and therefor offer financial stability to their staff.Warner Recruitment are lucky to be working with this business to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk into their friendly accounts team of 10.The officesare easy to get to via both car and public transport with easy onsite parking.The role will be hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, this is offered to everyone in the team.

Purchase ledger clerk - Northampton - Permanent Job duties include:
- Purchase ledger
- Processing a high volume of purchase ledger invoices
- Assisting with systems implementation of SAP
- Assisting to clear a backlog of invoices due to the systems implementation
- Matching invoices to GRN
- Coding invoices to the purchase ledger
- Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Allocating credit notes
- Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager
- Month end processes
- Reconciliations
Person:
- Experienced in Purchase ledger
- Accurate
- Reliable
- AAT studier/ AAT qualified - not essential
- Experienced in data entry
- Friendly
- Hardworking
- Team work - happy to help others during busy period
