Prosperity Education and Training Centre is an alternative education provider offering a range of exciting skills programs for individuals who may find difficulty accessing mainstream education provisions. **What will the Education and Training Assistant role look like for you?**
Your role will be to deliver engaging Health and Social Care training sessions such as first aid, moving and handling, and health and safety to the people we support, you will be expected to work closely with individuals to identify strengths and goals, creating exciting pathways for learning and practice.

The Education and Training Assistant will have a person-centered approach, dedicated to fostering independence, promoting recovery, and enhancing quality of life through life skills development. Especially supporting those with autism or learning disabilities in achieving progression in all aspects of their lives.

**What we are looking for in the Education and Training Assistant**:

- You will be travelling between services; therefore, a Full UK Driver’s License is desirable. _
- Additional to this you will be/have:_
- Experience in a range of health and social care courses.
- Passion for working with children and young adults with additional needs.
- Desire to contribute to a fulfilling and important role in education.
- confidence to collaborate with local employers and employment services to help individuals find meaningful opportunities.
- Full UK Drivers Licence.
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET)/ PTTLLS desirable however not essential.
