This is a Full Time operational Wedding & Events Co-Ordinator role at Hatfeild Hall and will involve seeing our guests events through from start to finish on the day and will therefore include some late finishes. The role requires a smart, professional, personable ‘all-rounder’ individual.

The role will include administrative duties, supporting on the bar and other areas as required. You will assist with the running of conferences and corporate events.

You will help and support the Wedding/events manager with the set-up and close down of weddings and events.

We are looking for the ultimate people person, you will need to work as part of a team and inspire other team members to bring their best game. You will be required to oversee the event from the start to finish.

This role requires dedication, organisational skills and an eye for detail.

What we are looking for:

- You’ll have previous experience working in hospitality
- Assist the events and wedding manager with the process or a wedding/event from start to finish
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and understanding of social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- You will have experience of working in a team and will enjoy motivating others to be their best
- You’ll be motivated by delivering high standards of service
- You’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Professional, organised and approachable

**Salary**: £23,400.00 per year
