We are a family run, maintenance company that specialises in flooring. We cover all of the UK and Ireland, and have over 25 years’ experience in both domestic and commercially based clients.

Job Role

To provide Account managing skills to our fast paced, rapidly growing business.
- Liaise with clients on all new jobs and any current issues that may arise.
- Liaising with fitters to arrange reactive call outs within the allocated time frames.
- To liaise directly with suppliers and fitters to organise flooring projects.
- Liaising with suppliers and placing orders for flooring materials and ensuring correct pricing is used and applied.
- Coordinating deliveries from manufacturers to site, liaising with manufacturers and site managers
- Organising and sorting paperwork and filing systems.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents, records, spreadsheets and databases.
- Telephone skills

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Elstree: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
