In this exciting and varied role, you will lead a successful retail department. As Retail Team Leader, you will take responsibility for stock and cash management whilst ensuring our customers receive a first-class experience in all retail outlets. You will line manage a team of Assistants, providing appropriate resources and organising their daily routine in order to provide the highest standards of retail service delivery. You will lead by example, demonstrating high personal standards of behaviour, along with energy and drive.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Maximising the efficiency of the centres retail operation ensuring great customer service;
- Ensuring H&S and compliance is followed in the retail operation;
- Playing an active role in the line management of a team of Assistants;
- Completing the administration of on centre spending and income;
- Assisting with centre specific duties associated with a children’s residential activity centre.
