My client a multi-award-winning practice that provides independent financial advice and investment management services to higher net worth private clients. Based in Truro my client is looking to recruit a Financial Administrator to join their successfulteam.
- Liaising with clients on the telephone, answering incoming calls and taking messages, meeting and greeting visitors to the office
- Updating the database
- Assisting in general administration (filing, scanning etc)
- Organising annual visit, stock and share switches
- Moving money around from different funds
- Completing switch and top up forms
- Processing new business - Pension policies, Protection, ISA and GIA'S
- Chasing LOA's, Creating Client Valuations and Illustrations
- Various other admin tasks to ensure the smooth efficient running of the office.
- Experience working within an office environment
- A good standard of education
- Computer literate
- Excellent telephone skills
- Full training will be provided

The successful applicant for the Financial Administrator role will enjoy a great package with the following benefits: -- Basic salary £16,500 - £18,500 (negotiable dependent upon experience)

- 25 days holiday
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Office and remote working
- Free car parking.
