We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join us as Floor Staff in our bustling specialty coffee shop. If you have a passion for exceptional coffee, a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Floor Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be provided a training and expected to memorise and follow instructions and guidance.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting customers with their orders
- Taking and preparing orders with precision and care
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Ensuring adherence to our high standards of quality and service
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to create a welcoming atmosphere

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
