Skills and Experience:

- Strong Customer Service
- to include excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Previous experience of taking orders both face-to-face and over the phone
- The ability to assist and advise customers to satisfy their needs
- Handling cash and card transactions

- Previous cake decorating skills are desirable but not essential as training will be providedRoles and responsibilities include:

- To work as part of a team to ensure that all orders and daily checks are met
- Produce a full range of high quality Cakes according to customer requirements and meet the specifications and standards set by the brand
- Customer focused to ensure seamless customer journey/experience
- Follow the Production plan to ensure the right quantity of Products are produced within set timeframes
- Working with all Members of the team including management and also work well as an individual
- Ability to follow processes, manage time and prioritise tasks
- Maintaining a clean working environment at all times to meet health and safety standards.

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and customers are required to wear a mask upon entering the store. Hand sanitizers are available and there is a 2 meter gap between customers at all times. Staff are behind a protected shield guard when serving customers at all times.
