Cad Technician

**CAD Technician - Thame**
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a CAD Technician for our client based in Thame.
Our client are the leaders in the design and manufacturer of world-class high performance exhaust systems.
**Salary**: £38,000-£45,000
**Hours**:8am-5pm
This position will involve working directly with the Directors and Manufacturing team in the planning and monitoring of Customer contracts through production and to delivery.
**Duties**:

- Transferring of Customer CAD data through Planning to the Production and Manufacturing teams.
- CAD designing and purchasing of Manufacturing jigs and tooling through our ERP system software.
- Creating BOM from CAD data or in-house Prototype design.
- Maintenance and update of Drawing log.
- Material planning and purchasing of Job materials.
- Receiving of supplier parts and services on ERP system.
- Review/research suppliers and updating on ERP system.
- Creation of Template jobs on ERP system.
- Inspection of jigs using FARO measuring Arm.
- Reverse engineering of jigs
- Arranging International shipments

**Requirements**:

- CAD design (Siemens, Solid Edge training can be arranged)
- Problem solving skills
- Own transport due to location
