**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the restaurant manager, providing valuable feedback and advice to enhance store operations.
- Lead and motivate a shift team, ensuring consistent results and a positive work environment.
- Assist in the training and development of staff members.
- Support the manager in resolving any issues that may arise.
- Set an exemplary example to ensure a first-class customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, order accuracy, and overall quality.
- Uphold Health and Safety regulations throughout the store.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Recognize and reward staff efforts and achievements.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a busy restaurant environment.
