**Your Role**
If you have a passion for reimagining children's mental health and therapy services, making them more playful, innovative, and widely accessible, we're looking for you Become an integral part of our journey and help us reach more schools and families than ever.

**Duties include**:

- To offer short/medium-term online counselling to children and young people in their schools and homes using our creative video platform.
- To carry out our duties relating to this caseload, including liaising with parents, schools and other organisations, maintaining notes and diary management.
- To be an intrinsic part of the head office team as we rapidly expand the company, contributing creative ideas and leading on projects as appropriate.
- To deliver training, write blogs and produce resources aligned with your strengths, interests and specialisms.
- To line manage a team of associate counsellors, ensuring they feel valued and supported to work remotely. (Please note: all associates have their own clinical supervisor, this would be practical support).
- To support with recruitment and training of new associate counsellors as we expand the team.
- To be a Designated Safeguarding Officer and member of the safeguarding team.
- To adhere to all policies and procedures and contribute to their development as the organisation grows.

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- Membership of a professional counselling body (eg: BACP, NCS).
- Level 4 (or above) counselling qualification.
- Post-qualification experience counselling children and young people.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Leeds-based, or willing to commute to Leeds at least 3 days a week.

Desirable:

- Accredited membership with professional counselling body.
- Level 7 counselling qualification.
- CYP counselling qualification.
- Experience as a designated safeguarding officer.
- Experience in a related field (eg: social care, education).
