We are marrying an upmarket wet fishmonger with a small seafood and champagne bar, alongside a selection of masterclasses. As chefs we will be imparting our knowledge and bringing our extensive list of suppliers to bear on the local market, be it fish sourced from Newlyn or the finest anchovies from Spain, to foraged sea vegetables and wild mushrooms. We aim to create the ultimate seafood shopping experience.

**Salary**: Anticipated earnings of up to £12.00 per hour (including TRONC)

We are casting our net to look for fun and charming **Front of House servers **with great personality to join our busy Fish Union team. Great attention to detail when looking after our regular customers is important, but our **Front of house servers **are mainly passionate, reliable and always willing to expand their knowledge in exchange for development.

**A little bit about us**

We are marrying an upmarket fishmonger with a small seafood and champagne bar. As chefs, we will be imparting our knowledge and bringing our extensive list of suppliers to bear on the local market and aim to create the ultimate seafood experience. We value everyone that walks through our doors whether it’s a hungry guest, keen cook or vibrant **Front of house servers.**
