Mortgage Processor

**My Client are a professional independent mortgage broker and are looking for a mortgage processor to join their team**

**Working in their office based 3 miles North of Norwich - full time**

**Responsibilities**
- Complete product research and present findings to the adviser team. They use Twenty7Tec.
- Pro-actively monitor & manage an active case-load, ensuring outstanding information is chased/obtained within agreed SLAs, with appropriate system updates.
- Work with clients, solicitors and lenders to ensure case progression from DIP to Completion.

**Knowledge, skills and experience required**:

- Mortgage processing / administrative experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to assess and interpret information supplied e.g. bank statements
- Knowledge of the mortgage & property market would be advantageous

**Salary**:£22,000 - £25,000 per annum DOE, plus benefits

20 days holiday, plus Christmas shut-down, plus bank holidays

Discretionary annual bonus
