Due to significant recent growth, and further projected growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join this fast paced business.
This will be the number 1 position in finance in the company and will report into the Managing Director who will provide ongoing commercial and professional coaching and development.
You’ll be a key person within the business & take responsibility for day-to-day financial management, setting up good working practices & processes whilst business partnering the Board.
The right person will be able to achieve growth in responsibility and salary with the company by building a finance team as the business grows.
As a Finance Manager, you will provide finance support to the company, as required.
Key duties
- Assist with financial planning and oversee budget forecasting and cash flow management
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for the directors
- Overseeing sales and purchase ledgers
- Liaising with external accountants
- Provision of information, as required, for the bank and other stakeholders
- Reconciling invoices and producing variance analysis
- Monthly finance reporting to directors
- Generation of company budget
- Book-keeping in Xero
Qualifications/Experience
- Advanced level of Excel
- Excellent numerical skills
- Experience working with Xero desirable
- A proactive individual who is prepared to challenge and improve internal processes
- 5+ years working in a finance role
- A fully qualified accountant either CIMA, ACCA or ACA with 2+ years of experience plus qualification

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
