**HLTA, Term Time plus 3 days, Monday - Friday, 38.5 hours per week.**

Christ's College have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Primary team to help us deliver an even better service to the staff and students.

The role of the HLTA is to work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for students and to assist the teacher in the management of students and the classroom. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or for whole classes and monitoring pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement, progress and development

The post holder will be expected to act with honesty and integrity and uphold the Professional Standards for Teaching Assistants, in order to make the education of pupils their first concern. The HLTA will demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with their professional role.
