Hove Learning Federation is comprised of West Hove Infant School and Hove Junior School. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated practitioner who will be based at our School Road site, a 4-form popular and inclusive Infant school.

**About the role**:
The SENDCo has an important role to play within our school. As a key member of the Federation Inclusion Team, they will work under the leadership of our Inclusion Manager. They will have excellent leadership skills and a clear understanding of SEND processes and provision necessary for our children with SEND. The post holder will undertake the key role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and will be responsible for disseminating good practice and training to all staff across the school under the guidance of the Inclusion Manager. They will be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the whole Federation as required. They will also work closely with families, children and a range of external agencies.
