Responsibilities of the Promotions Manager include:

- Conducting market research to assess the potential of products and services.
- Engaging in direct sales and marketing.
- Establishing and nurturing client relationships to enhance retention.
- Managing client accounts.
- Participating in daily training on client products and services.

Our training program is truly unique Our representatives will also receive training in the following areas:

- Interviewing and talent sourcing.
- Team-building to enhance company culture.
- Employee retention strategies.
- Involvement in philanthropic community activities and planning.
- Developing public speaking skills to become a more decisive leader.
- Business planning.
- Financial planning.

Requirements for the Promotions Manager position:

- Proficiency in public speaking.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- While a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- Preferred 2 years of customer service experience, retail, or sales background.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Pay: £650.00-£1,350.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
