Are you interested in a career in Administration for Mental Health and looking for a role that is diverse and rewarding every day?

We are looking for a full-time Human Resources (HR) and Recruitment Administrator to join our passionate staff team in our Head Office in Medway. Our service caters to individuals with mental health needs. Within the administration team, the main goal is to provide high quality assistance to the staff members and service users within our supported living homes through effective systematic planning in the Head office.

**As a HR and Recruitment administrator, your duties will include**:

- Maintaining a compliant service with the Care Quality Commission and our obligations to/from clients under the Data protection Act
- Liaising with several management teams - Quality assurance, Care, Client recruitment etc.
- Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest
- Managing the full employment process of all staff members
- Utilizing high quality interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide range of employees and other HR professionals to ensure that HR-related issues are handled accordingly
- Ensuring applicant documents are compliant before joining the organisation
- Monitoring staff performance, wellbeing and attendance advising upper tier management, line managers and other employees of employment laws and company policies and procedures.
- Liaising with your line manager to fulfill tasks in the most productive way

- Previous experience is preferred.

Contracted hours: Full-time (40 - 45 hours per week), 08:30am - 05:30pm

**Salary**: From £18,000 - £21,000 per annum, based on experience.
