**LOCATION**:St Agnes

**HOURS**:37.5 per week - 4pm-12am Monday to Friday

**SALARY**:£21,695 per annum

**DURATION**: Perm

**START DATE**:ASAP

**To ensure the safety and security of the residents and premises. Providing a committed service delivery within the supported housing service. (Position includes lone working between 6pm to midnight)**

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- To ensure the safety of the residents and security of the premises, prior to handover to security at midnight, including preventing unauthorised entry to the site and to prevent loss or damage to the property.
- Co-ordinate fire safety, such as ensuring cookers switched off after 10pm, fire doors and windows are closed, and extinguishers are in place.
- To encourage clients to increase their involvement in the day-to-day running of their accommodation and undertake tasks as an identified keyworker as directed by the management such as joining community life by using local facilities and services in thearea.
- To encourage clients to be as independent as possible and support them to achieve their goals and take responsibility of day-to-day tasks (e.g. making appointments, budgeting, paying bills, planning meals).
- To empower clients in finding appropriate employment and settled accommodation opportunities through guidance and support and liaise and work with colleagues in other agencies including Mental Health services and Housing Associations etc., to ensure thesmooth running of the project.
